Course Description: Announcing a four day post -ten four session training in Structural Integration. This class will explore a four session series graduating to sitting sessions to advance the body and being toward grounded lift emphasizing base of support with sitting work for integration and embodiment of the Line. Table work opens the body. Sitting work often gets forgotten or an afterthought for the last five minutes of a session. Sitting and sitting bench work grounds, organizes, stabilizes and integrates the body in the vertical so one can be more centered moving toward balance in space and gravity. Conscious awareness will be our focus as we reexamine tracking into a new pattern of ease and comfort as one walks their path in life.
