Course Description:

ScarWork is simple to learn and easy to do. It is a quick and painless method of treating scar tissue that can provide lasting therapeutic and functional changes (such as reduction of swelling, tightness, numbing) as well as cosmetic improvements.

In this class you will:

• Learn over 20 separate techniques used to work the qualities of different scars
• Gain hands-on practice experience in a supervised clinic setting
• Receive tools to incorporate this work into your practice immediately

Instructor Biography:

Molly Hackett, LMT, is a graduate of the Guild for Structural Integration and has a full-time practice as a certified Structural Integration Practitioner on Hilton Head Island, SC and also in Savannah, GA. Molly specializes in Sharon Wheeler’s ScarWork methods and has been teaching classes since 2015. Her studies and interest in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Work, and Jin Shin Jyutsu inform her practice and skill set. Prior to her bodywork practice, she had a successful career in hospitality sales training leadership and conference management.

Molly’s approach to teaching encourages students to explore with a beginner’s mind the unlimited potential of this work.
