Course Description:
Practitioners will be guided through the primary goal of first recognizing and reducing structural strain patterns. Secondly, differentiating the layers of the myofascial body through movement whereby the experience of balance and integration emerges. Inherent throughout this workshop is the implicit invitation for each practitioner to own and practice their own experience of what Integration feels like for themselves. Participants will receive a three-session series from a partner.

Neal Powers, trained by Dr Ida Rolf.(Basic and Advanced Series.)President of Rolf Institute 1980-86 Certified as a Rolf Institute instructor in 1980. Neal has taught classes and workshops throughout the world. 46 years in practice.
