Course Description:

Learn to work from your whole person in creative cooperation with the client as they are and potentially can be. Class will include contemplative and movement awareness exercises, as well as hands on work.

Instructor Bio: 

Liz Gaggini, M.A. is an Advanced Certified Rolfer with 25 years in practice. She has been teaching and improving these Biomechanics Classes for over 17 years. She is also the author of several articles on biomechanics for Structural Integration including, “Natural Alignment”, “The Asymmetric Pelvis”,  “Joint Motility”,  “Dialogues in Gravity Kinesthetics” and,  “The Principles of Adaptive Alignment”.  These and other articles by Liz can be downloaded from at the Ida P.
